The line was originally manufactured by ROWE in 1979. The line was purchased in used condition and installed at a Rolling Mill Co. in 2002.

The electrical controls have been completely replaced by the present owner with new CONTROL TECHNIQUES drives, ALLEN BRADLEY PLC and a new HMI system.
