Description:

A) CHRUSING EQUIPMENT FOR SALT SLAG: DECCA IMPIANTI, Year 2000

with inlet section of 800 x 600 mm, charging hopper capacity 15 m3, feeding charging system steel plate type with capacity up to 80 m3/h, discharging belts from the crusher, no. 2 material flw deviators made of Hardox steel.

B) TRATMENT PLANT FOR SALT SLAG: ENGITEC, Year 2001

The plant is complete with filtration system for the off gas, and filtration system for the salt. CHRUSHING PLANT: primary crushing, secondary crushing, air filtration, natural gas burners. FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR SALT: preparation and dosing station with capacity of 240 liter/hour, thickener and clarifier , vacuum filter with platform 10m2 for separation of solid/liquid, vacuum pump, water tank coming from cleaning, clarifier DELTA STAK type, peristaltic pump for sludge extraction, piping, valves, instrumentation, electrical and automation board. Charging system for dust of bag filter and lime injection. Water treatment plant for low hardness water.

C) CENTRIFUGAL EQUIPMENT FOR SALT VZU 125/3,2: KRAUSS MAFFEI, Year 2000

The plant is composed by: cartridge with rotor and bearing, basement, antivibration supporting springs, oleodynamic unit. Technical characteristics: diameter of bucket 1.250 mm, density of mixture 1.500 kg/m3, maximum rotation speed 950 r.p.m., operating rotation speed 900 r.p.m.. Maximum charge 732 kg, dimensions 1,950 mm x 2.500 mm x 1.800 mm
